Az., two bars erm between six estoiles arg three,two and one. Crest – A chapeau gu turned up erm on either side a wing expanded arg.

 

This is translated as:

 

The shield has a blue background, with two stripes of ermine (white stoat with black tails) between six silver stars of six wavy rays each, arranged three, two, one. 

The crest is a red cap turned up at each side and of ermine, with an outstretched silver wing on each side.
